Learning Objectives:

1. Determine the utility of advanced diagnostic tools in the phenotypic profiling and treatment selection for BPH.
2. Evaluate the merits of "Early Intervention" versus "Triggered Treatment" strategies to determine optimal timing for surgical management.
3. Analyze the efficacy and safety profiles of diverse Minimally Invasive Surgical Therapies (MISTs) and new technologies to select the appropriate modality for individual patient anatomy.
4. Formulate surgical management plans for complex patient scenarios, including those with massive glands (>200g), active anticoagulation requirements, or history of pelvic radiation.
